Payments & Delivery

1. Our website only allows you to submit orders. We do not process payments online.
2. Stock levels vary. It is recommended to call or email us to find out the availability of a particular product.
3. You can view your order items by clicking the "View Cart" button.
4. Once you have finalized your purchase, click on "Complete Order" to enter your contact details. We will
contact you to confirm availability of ordered products and process payment.
5. Payments by credit cards including Bank Card, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
6. Alternative payment methods include direct bank deposit into our account and sending us a cheque.
Payment has to be cleared before order can be dispatched.
7. Orders can be picked up from our shop or delivered by courier.
8. We use Australia Post and Australian Air Express for items up to 5Kg in weight, and road courier for larger
orders. Costs of freight are: $15 for up to 25Kg within Sydney Metropolitan area; $15 for up to 5Kg outside
Sydney; all other delivery will be calculated and confirmed at time of order.
9. You will be contacted once the order has been dispatched or ready for pick-up.
